Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms
Meesh is operated by Frontend AI, Inc. ("Meesh", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using wemeesh.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Meesh does
Meesh is an AI matchmaker for professional communities. Organizers create networks; members join them, chat with the AI matchmaker, and request introductions to other members. Meesh facilitates introductions — we are not a party to any relationship, agreement, or transaction that results from one, and we do not vet or endorse members, organizers, or the accuracy of their profiles.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Memberships, subscriptions, and payments
Some networks require a paid monthly membership set by the network's organizer. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by leaving the network; cancellation stops future charges but fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Organizers receive a share of their network's subscription revenue and Meesh retains a platform fee.
5. Introduction credits
Membership includes a limited number of introduction credits per rolling 30-day period (currently 10). Each introduction request uses one credit; if the other member declines, the credit is returned. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and unused credits do not accumulate beyond your current period.
6. AI features
The matchmaker is powered by artificial intelligence. Its messages, profile summaries, and recommendations are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for convenience only — use your own judgment before acting on them. Your conversations with the matchmaker are processed by third-party AI model providers on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit — your profile, messages, and anything else you share. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service, including showing your profile to members of the networks you join and to members you request introductions with. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes: impersonating others or misrepresenting who you are; harassing, spamming, or soliciting members outside the purpose of the network; scraping or harvesting member data; attempting to bypass subscription requirements or credit limits; probing or disrupting the Service's security; or using the Service for anything unlawful. Organizers are additionally responsible for the communities they run and for complying with applicable laws when charging members.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 7, 10, and 11) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that introductions will lead to any particular outcome, that member information is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontend AI, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice — for example by email or an in-app notice — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
