1. Overview

This policy describes how Frontend AI, Inc. ("Meesh", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you use wemeesh.com. Meesh is an AI matchmaker for professional communities, so the heart of the product is information you choose to share about yourself in order to meet the right people.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information — your name, email address, and the professional details you add or share with the matchmaker: bio, role, company, location, what you're seeking, links, and photo.

Conversations — your chats with the AI matchmaker, and notes the matchmaker keeps to personalize future conversations. Chats are private to you; other members and network organizers cannot read them.

Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we keep records of your subscription status and payment history.

Usage information — standard technical data such as log data, device and browser information, and how you use the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to run the Service: matching you with relevant members, facilitating introductions, sending transactional email (introduction requests, account codes, receipts), processing subscription payments, keeping the Service secure, providing support, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. AI processing

The matchmaker is powered by third-party large language model providers. Your conversations and the profile details relevant to a match are sent to those providers to generate responses and recommendations, under agreements that restrict them from using your data for anything other than providing the service to us.

5. How your information is shared

With other members — your profile is visible to members of the networks you join, and the matchmaker may recommend it to them. When you request an introduction, the recipient sees your profile and your note.

With organizers — the organizer of a network can see membership details and aggregate stats for their network — never your chats.

With service providers — companies that help us run Meesh: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and AI model providers. They process your data only on our instructions.

For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Meesh, our users, or the public.

6. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual chats at any time, and edit your profile whenever you like. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (for example, payment records for tax and accounting purposes).

7. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in the app, delete chats, cancel subscriptions from your billing settings, and leave networks at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. 8. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and one-time-code email verification for sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

Meesh is for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you use Meesh from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice — for example by email or an in-app notice — before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
